Turn Your Savings into Retirement Income
Retirement should be a season of financial confidence—not uncertainty.
Retire Smart is a voluntary Kingdom Sacco savings-based retirement arrangement designed to help members turn accumulated BOSA savings into a structured monthly income during retirement.
Eligible members can transfer savings into Retire Smart and choose an income period of 10 or 15 years, while earning interest at the applicable BOSA savings rate.

Members can choose how much of their eligible BOSA savings to transfer and may take up to 30% as a lump sum.
The remaining balance is structured into monthly retirement income for the selected period.
Please note: Savings transferred to Retire Smart cannot be used as security for loans. Members who wish to continue borrowing against their savings can retain an appropriate balance in their BOSA account.

Kingdom Sacco's mortgage loan carries an interest rate of 9.5% per annum on a reducing balance. The facility supports building a home, completing a stalled project, or purchasing a ready-built house, with repayment terms of up to 15 years.
You need a savings requirement of only 5% of the loan amount to qualify for Kingdom Sacco's mortgage facility. The product also includes a grace period of up to 6 months before repayments begin.
Yes. Kingdom Sacco's mortgage product is open to employed individuals, self-employed professionals, business owners, and diaspora members. This makes it accessible to Kenyans abroad who want to build or buy property at home.
Dial *334# or open the M-PESA app, select Financial Services, then choose M-PESA Ratiba. Create a new transaction, select Paybill, enter Paybill Number 521000 and your SACCO account number, then set your preferred amount and frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
