Appointment of New CEO – Mr. Joel Saitoti

We are pleased to inform our members of the appointment of Mr. Joel Saitoti as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kingdom Sacco, effective July 2025.

Mr. Saitoti was selected following a thorough and competitive recruitment process. He brings with him over six years of experience in operational leadership and strategy execution, and has previously served in senior management roles within Kingdom Sacco. His deep understanding of our mission and values makes him well-positioned to lead us into the future.

With a strong background in technology spanning more than 16 years, Joel has consistently demonstrated the ability to align systems and operations with strategic goals, driving both efficiency and growth. His leadership style is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a clear vision for positioning Kingdom Sacco as a leading institution in the financial sector.
