1. Appointment of New CEO – Mr. Joel Saitoti

We are pleased to inform our members of the appointment of Mr. Joel Saitoti as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kingdom Sacco, effective July 2025.

Mr. Saitoti was selected following a thorough and competitive recruitment process. He brings with him over six years of experience in operational leadership and strategy execution and has previously served in senior management roles within Kingdom Sacco. His deep understanding of our mission and values makes him well-positioned to lead us into the future.

With a strong background in technology spanning more than 16 years, Joel has consistently demonstrated the ability to align systems and operations with strategic goals, driving both efficiency and growth. His leadership style is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a clear vision for positioning Kingdom Sacco as a leading institution in the financial sector.

We are excited about the journey ahead and confident that under his leadership, Kingdom Sacco will continue to thrive through innovation, stability, and transformation.

2) Business Growth in Action- Kuza Biashara Workshop

In the month of July, KSACCO partnered with Dale Carnegie Kenya to host a transformative business empowerment workshop, designed to equip entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners with the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive market.

The training was conducted in two cohorts, allowing for more personalized engagement and deeper learning experiences. Participants explored key topics such as business planning, financial management, digital marketing, and customer engagement, gaining practical strategies to strengthen and grow their ventures.

We were delighted by the enthusiastic turnout from the business community, which truly reflects our shared commitment to economic empowerment and sustainable development

5) Standing with Mwihoko Community in a Time of Grief

Kingdom Sacco joined the Mwihoko community in mourning the lives tragically lost in the recent AMREF plane crash, during a Mass Memorial Service held at AIPCA Ngatho Grounds.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, and in solidarity with the affected families, we donated exercise books and pens to support children who lost their school supplies in the tragedy. This gesture was led by our CEO, Mr. Joel Saitoti, who also reaffirmed our ongoing commitment to partnering with the community during this difficult time.

We remain steadfast in our support not only through material assistance, but also through prayers, encouragement and presence as we walk together with the Mwihoko community to rebuild hope and resilience for the future.

6) Member Education Trainings

In the third quarter of 2025, KSACCO successfully conducted a series of member trainings across different regions as part of our commitment to empower and equip our community.

The trainings focused on:

    • House Leaders Training – equipping leaders with skills to guide and support members effectively.
    • Brand Ambassadors Training – preparing ambassadors to represent and promote Kingdom SACCO’s values and services.
    • Pastors Training – strengthening partnerships with faith leaders to enhance financial empowerment within communities.

These sessions provided valuable knowledge, fostered stronger connections, and reinforced Kingdom SACCO’s mission of empowering members through financial literacy and capacity building.
