BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN (NAIROBI)

Job Holder

Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead,the Business Development Intern will assist undertake Business Development at the Nairobi office. He/she will assist create and plan business impact and development initiatives through member registration and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Identifying the market segments to be targeted, register members and recommend appropriate strategies for outreaches.
  • Assist in Ensuring that brand visibility of Kingdom Sacco is well enhanced.
  • Delivering personalized, effective and quality customer service through the whole process of membership registration.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing requisite responses and solutions or re-directing their queries appropriately to select appropriate credit products.
  • Performing other related activities as may be directed by the Business Development Team Lead.

  • Unquestionable character, integrity and accountability.
  • 3 referees, (one by immediate former employer, where applicable)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree /Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing and related fields.
  • Professional qualification in credit management is an added advantage.

  • High integrity and ethical character.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Ms Office applications.
  • Loan recovery skills.
